Ati Balding aka @SurreyHillsWellness will be running lunch time meditation sessions using mindfulness and refocussing techniques to reset and recharge your day .

Each session is 30 minutes long (please allow up to 40 minutes for check in and reflection post session). 

We have 8 places available on each session.
