Hosted by Bridget B, a holistic wellness coach and a busy mum who knows too well how a busy life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stressed, depressed, and fatigued. To be healthy, happy, and to become the best version of ourselves, we need to nourish and nurture ourselves. Bridget will show us how through nutrition, habits, using essential oils in daily life, self care practices for balance and high vibe living. Taking hope with you your own oil for your everyday needs.
