WRITING FOR WELLBEING WORKSHOP

Take some time out to nurture your own creativity and wellbeing at this writing workshop with Heather Shakespeare. There’ll be an opportunity to try out different ways of writing – both individually and together – in a cosy, confidential and supportive setting. The focus is on free expression and reflection rather than trying to impress anyone else, so you don’t need any expertise and it’s up to you how much or how little you share. Just bring along a favourite notebook and a smooth-writing pen to help the words flow!
