Mindfulness with Ati- Sleep the Final Frontier
Join Ati Balding aka Surrey Hills Wellness on a Sensory Journey. This session will focus on Sleep and Digital Detox. Ati will use mindfulness and refocusing techniques to reset, rejuvenate and relax your mind & body to aid better sleep.
We will end the session with a lovely warming mug of golden turmeric milk.
The actual session is 60 minutes please allow 75-90 minutes for a group check in and reflection.
